Über mich
Daniel Raaflaub begann seine musikalische Ausbildung schon früh in der Chorschule der Knabenkantorei Basel, wo er als Chorsänger und Solist wertvolle Erfahrungen sammelte. In der Kunstmetropole Wien studierte er an der renommierten Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Gesang, Schauspiel und Tanz und besuchte verschiedene Masterclasses (u.a. «Camera Acting»). In den letzten 15 Jahren hat Daniel Raaflaub Musical-, Schauspiel- und Konzertbühnen in der Schweiz, in Deutschland und in Österreich bespielt. Mit Hauptrollen in Produktionen wie Chess, Godspell, Jesus Christ Superstar und RENT hat er sich als vielseitiger Künstler etabliert.
Heute ist Daniel Raaflaub als gefragter Gesangspädagoge und Gastdozent tätig und wird als Vocal Coach in zahlreichen Projekten und Chören im In- und Ausland engagiert. Als Chorregisseur und Choreograf in der Schweiz (u.a. Knabenkantorei Basel, OYENGA Gospelchor am Münster Basel) sowie international (u.a. Vox Aurea in Finnland, Kristina Academy Children`s Choir in Kenia) gestaltet er erfolgreich musikalische Dramaturgien, die begeistern und inspirieren.
